The agreement was signed by the rector of Minin University professor, doctor of philosohy Alexander Fedorov and the rector of EREA Arman Avagyan.
The aim of the memorandum is academic and cultural cooperation and establishment of mutual understanding between universities. The document supposes holding joint seminars, the implementation of students exchange programs and mobility of teaching staff, the promotion of joint scientific research projects and the realization of educational programs of double diploma.
