  • «Definitely would do again!

The tour guides were wonderful! I had zoe and katie and both were really helpful! They were really determined to show us everything which was fantastic. They even helped us how to get back to our Hotel. We learned a lot about the history of Nizhny Novgorod and the culture there. Even got more of an understanding how people live there. I would def recommend this tour. It’s great practice for them too because their students from a university and their English was very good.»

  • «The guides were cool, made me like the city more

Even though there were not too many people in the group, there were two guides with us - Polly and Polina. The tour was a real fun and at the same time it was informative. The girls are knowledgeable and fluent at English. As I am engaged in costruction and architecture I was interested in buildings I saw and the girls told me what they were in the past, whether they were affected in the Soviet times etc. What's more, the guides told us a lot about everyday life in Russia and I understood we have a lot of myths about Russia back in the UK. Totally recommend.»

  • «A great experience in the tour of Nizhnij Novgorod

My son and me, had a great experience in the tour in Nizhnij, with the two excelent guides.»

Such excursions are also called Free Walking Tours - these are free tours and hiking trails that can be found in almost all the capital and major cities of the world. Free tours are primarily an initiative of volunteers and people who are not indifferent to their city.
Often, such excursions are much more interesting and intensive than standard tours, since the main task of the organizers is not to earn money, but to make the visitor “fall in love” with their hometown. Therefore the routes are diverse and very interesting.
